I have purchased lunch box on Saturday dated 20/01/2024 with PH:9738222089 which I used on Tuesday and Wednesday its plastic cap got broke. When I visited Banaswadi branch today 26/01/2024 they denied to exchange or refund and said there in no warranty on these products and non responsive. Also I had to wait nearly 45 mins to get a duplicate bill copy eventhough there was no any crowd when I visited afternoon.
When I see the box it is manufactured on 07/2023 which is five months old also I could see the plastic is not a quality product.
We buy in a trust that at least we could use for 6-12 months, but gets brake in one day, that is not really good product and do not sell these to customers.
We buy other items/products and miss to ask for warranty, but at least its duty of the Mart to explain it which is not done. If it was told there is no warranty at least we go for other options.
I hope this issue resolves soon, since it is not resolved in Banaswadi Branch.

I bought a biscuit and later realised after billing I won’t have that. Then I asked at the store to exchange but they denied on the day of purchase. Later the next day I spoke to the store manager and he was giving reason that the product should be spoiled to return.
